Having experienced being “on the other side of the couch” she believes that to have a unique ability to connect and empathize with many clients. As a counselor it is a driving purpose to remove the stigma of seeking mental health services. Her main focus is to ensure that she meets the client where they are in their season of life by providing an environment that builds a trusting relationship, where you feel heard and accepted. Rachael helps clients by utilizing a family systems approach that focuses on relational patterns to create positive and lasting change by offering valuable insight. She uses a solution focused lens that meets your goals and specific needs by identifying the strengths necessary to be successful in life. Julie’s goal is to create a safe place for clients in order to support their most authentic self. As a therapist she values supporting clients to identify strengths and new ways of coping to work towards their goals along with making new insights.

Meet Julie Pate, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor, & a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor 

Life is challenging and coming to therapy can be scary. Rest assured that I will be there with you creating a safe space and walking with you through these tough moments of life. As a therapist, I am here to help create change, growth, and increase self-worth that will help you discover your best self. I am passionate about my work and establishing a framework of acceptance, empathy, and compassion. I work hard to create a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, while providing a collaborative and open approach therapeutic style that includes CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques. 

I have worked with clients in various mental health settings. I work with children, adolescents, and adults through anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and identity concerns. I have extensive experience and knowledge in Play Therapy and utilize this modality when working with chidlren.

Currently, a Crisis Counselor at a Texas school and providing private practice therapy part time. I am located in person in The Woodlands, Texas or virtually for Telehealth sessions. Currently I have availability Monday and Tuesday’s for in person appointments, and would love to connect over a consultation to ensure that we would be a great fit. Bailey Hudson is a registered dietitian, licensed in the state of Texas. After completing her undergraduate degree in Human Food and Nutrition from the University of Houston she went on to complete her Dietetic Internship at Lipscomb University with a concentration in Sports Nutrition in Nashville, TN. Bailey has a background working in disordered eating, sports nutrition, diabetes, and chronic illness. Bailey values a person-centered care approach, where she combines her expertise with her clients’ lived experiences to create individualized care to help people improve their relationship with food and their bodies. 

Bailey believes taking into consideration clients’ intersectional identities is a vital aspect of nutritional counseling that inherently creates the space to treat the human, not just the disorder or disease. Bailey is passionate about her work as a weight-inclusive, non-diet dietitian, providing education on All Foods Fit Philosophy, Health At Every Size, Intuitive Eating, and more. Outside of work Bailey loves spending time soaking up the sun, playing with her dog, and spending time with loved ones.
